Space-as-a-Service
VariSpace offers space-as-a-service by developing fully furnished offices that have the ability to be optimized, as tenants’ needs change. This includes both temporary workstations that can be reassembled and reconfigured, as well as custom hard-wall buildouts. Whether the goal is to maximize density or create open, collaborative spaces, VariSpace solutions make it simple to create the perfect space.
Short-Term / Long-Term Leases
We’re providing lease flexibility (three years or longer) and a simple alternative to buying furniture and funding tenant improvement overages.
